4/16/2023 0 Comments Rough draft for essayLogos is present in the fact the Gatorade’s been a recognized world-wide brand for many years and so it appeals logically to the audience because its product has a history and consistency behind it being a world class product that actually does help your body regain certain minerals it has lost while doing exercise, in this case, soccer. Gatorade did this distinctive tv commercial where it has all these famous players such as: Messi, Pirlo and Ozil performing outstandingly well, along with interrupting colorful animations and visualizations here and there with Gatorade’s logo on them. The concepts: logos, ethos, pathos, and kairos are found in these artifacts. This companies do this to to persuade their audiences to accept the idea they are trying to conceive on you. And the way they often do this is with old rhetorical strategies dated back to Aristotle. After all, most of the times we found these distinctive commercials to be the rhetorical creations of leading companies in their industries to pull even more consumers or clients to their market share. No matter how many times people emphasize on the weirdness or contrasting a tv commercial they just saw, the rhetorical situation portrayed in these commercial probably already worked on them, at least subconsciously. So this is my first rhetorical analysis, and since it is a rough draft I will only headline the main points of my rhetorical analysis essay about a Gatorade tv commercial… Nevertheless I found these terms interesting and now I think I am a bit more prepared to analyze rhetorical situations and comment on them. I’ve been trying to keep up with materials I’ve missed out on and until now I finally went around them, learning about greek terms I’ve never heard before.
